Design area: approx. 68 m² (living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, hallway and bathroom). Payment: 40% of the design fee on signing. Furniture and lighting are ordered with a 50% deposit. Timeline: concept within 2 weeks, renderings and technical drawings within a further 3–4 weeks. Furniture is delivered 4–6 weeks after ordering. Site supervision covers 5 visits at the key stages of the works. Warranty: 24 months on furniture and lighting. Prices include delivery and installation in Bucharest. Building and finishing works are not included; the contractor quotes them separately.
