Back garden of about 250 m², with a stone terrace off the living room and a path to the shed. Work starts once the design is approved. Payment: 30% on signing, 40% when work starts, 30% on handover. Lead time: 4 weeks from design approval, weather permitting. Warranty: 2 years on paving and lighting. Plants are covered for one growing season and replaced if the watering schedule is followed. The price includes materials, labour, transport and removal of excess soil. Maintenance covers the first three months after handover. Quote valid for 30 days.
